Below are the many components of the Bodylastics Exercise Tubing System (Video sold separately). Click here to order Bodylastics

Tubing - The four, 4' lengths of exercise tubing are made of high-quality rubber and have different degrees of tension, from 5 to 18 lbs. You can use one or all four tubes to vary the resistance (tension).

Handles - The two handles are made from hard, rigid plastic. They are necessary for several upper-body exercises. They replace the need for a barbell and increase the amount of progress that can be made as well! No limitations!

Ankle Straps - The two ankle straps are made of soft nylon and Velcro. They are necessary for several leg firming exercises. You can also use these straps on your wrists in case you are lacking grip strength.

Door Anchor - The door anchor is a nylon strap, with a loop at one end and a soft foam piece at the other. It enables the product to be safely attached to any door, thus making exercises like Triceps extensions, seated upper back rows and hamstrings simple to recreate.

User Manual - The user manual details all the suggested workout programs with plenty of illustrations for beginners.

Circuit Training Video - (Sold separately) The 36 minute video features 3 full body circuits with resistance and cardio moves for the beginner, intermediate and advanced exerciser. It's designed to burn fat and tone your muscles at the same time. This is not an aerobics video but a resistance training video that incorporates cardiovascular factors to ensure the fastest results and optimum fat burning.

Travel Bag - The travel bag is a one square foot pouch of black nylon that seals shut with Velcro so its' precious cargo (Bodylastics) can't fall out.  User manual and video fit in as well making it the perfect travel companion!
