The Bodylastics clip system is the real advantage which sets it apart from all other exercise tubing. This simple yet unique feature will enable you to quickly add or subtract resistance to effectively work every muscle group. The beauty is that Bodylastics exercise tubing can be used individually or combined. Our basic set includes 4 tubes which can create 15 levels of resistance! Here's how it works:

The exercise tubing: Each tube is 4 feet long and is a different thickness
to create varying amounts of tension. We make them color coded to be
simple to use and identify.


   
To change the resistance levels, you simply clip the tubes on or off the
handles or ankle straps (handle shown below):
 
Two exercise bands clipped - creates 3 levels of resistance Three exercise bands clipped  - creates 7 levels of resistance Four exercise bands clipped - creates 15 levels of resistance
Clip on one.. Two.. Three... Or four elastics at the same time to change the level of resistance.
   
 
Since each tube is a different level of tension you can combine them to create 15 levels of resistance. Here are all of the tubing combinations and weight equivalents. The number to the left represents the starting resistance and the number to the right represents the ending resistance. Exercise tubing naturally become more difficult as you stretch it.
